No definitely not. I'd be pointing this 'glitch' out to the bride & groom. Sounds like they haven't fully looked into the site or feature they're using.
Not a chance in hell I'd give my bank details.
My dh would have been ecstatic if I had done this. Wedding prep was so stressful for him and he went along with whatever I wanted anyway!
